a. Promoters

• Pay influencers for campaigns as agreed, within the timeframes outlined in the terms of each campaign.
• Not use WalkSync.com to promote illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

b. Influencers

As an influencer, you agree to:

• Promote products, services, or brands in a manner that aligns with WalkSync’s guidelines and policies.
• Provide honest and transparent feedback in all promotions.
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal promotional activities.
• Follow all applicable laws regarding advertising and disclosure of sponsored content (e.g., FTC guidelines).

5. Fees and Payments

• Promoters: You agree to pay any agreed-upon fees for promotions, as outlined in the specific campaign terms.
• Influencers: Influencers will earn money based on the agreed-upon commission or flat rate for each completed promotion. Payments will be made via the payment method you select during registration.

WalkSync may charge a fee for using the Site, and these fees will be disclosed prior to any transaction or campaign.
